A material is hazardous if it is referenced in (49 CFR) chapter 49 of US COD OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, or (IATA) INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION) publications, or the (IMDG) INTERNATIONAL MARITIME DANGEROUS GOODS PUBLICATION.
