Have the opportunity to quote on a job but it is very vague. Asking for design, Overseas, with closure method of detachable cover, knockdown crate. Can anybody point me in the right direct to figure out the design of this box.

First of all the detachable cover means it needs to have the lid removable and refastenable likely for Customs inspection there are certain clips which you can purchase for that, Knocked Down means it needs the Base,Sides, End and Lid to be separate and not built up....
Have you ever considered using a software to design and cost your crates. There is one in particular you can use that would give all of that info and more.
