glitch

I am experiencing a sligth glitch. I can verify the price of a crate close it out
and then open it back up and the price may be slighly higher. It has not happened but once or twice. Have you had this happened before.

This is the first time I've heard this but there are 2 things to check.

1. Whenever you make changes to a design, you need to click on the Prices or Times tab to allow the program to recalculate. Example: if you check the prices and then add labels and go immediatly to the cut sheets or other reports, the label cost and labor time hasn't been calculated in. Make certian clicking prices and times is the last thing done.
2. Close Crate Pro 5 and go into Windows Explorer. Go to the program folder (default location for single-user is c:\\Program Files\Deploy Tech\Crate Pro 5.xxx) and run CPUTILITIES. This will look for minor corruption and usually clean it up.

If these don't provide solutions you'll need to let us know if the dollar amount of change is always the same. Is it on every design or is there a common factor between the designs that change? Style, customer, materials, extra items? Does this affect older designs or only those that you created in this session? Is this with new designs or duplicated designs or templates? What is your process? Has this been occuring since you installed the program or a recent event? If recent, can you pinpoint any changes you may have made such as adding a customer, changing something in Set-up?

Also, there will be a new Styles file update available by April 28th if not sooner on Crate Pro site. Download the file and install it.
