Spec-ing a Crate

Good morning - I need to supply a design for crates that will be procured in Florida. We normally buy our crates and I give my supplier inside dimensions and he goes at it. I want to be able to allow someone (purchasing dept) to do the same, by specifying the inside dimensions required, the fact that the inside also needs to be cushioned with medium density foam, approximate inside dimensions with foam in place would be 126x40x30, 78x34x40, 74x54x30. The crates are going international so need to be heat treated. Approximate load for each is 1000 lbs.

I don't want to have to draw these things. Any suggestions?
